Born in Portugal and raised around the world in a military family, Dawn developed a lifelong appreciation for architecture, community, and sustainability. Before real estate, she spent 20 years practicing architecture and later founded California’s first OMRI-certified organic nursery and garden center, earning four consecutive Southern California Western Garden Design Awards. As a Certified Horticulturalist and Horticultural Therapist, she served as President of the Inland Chapter of the California Association of Nurseries and Garden Centers, promoting organic and sustainable gardening across the state.
